Injection silicone is a two-component transparent high tear-resistant liquid silicone, using injection molding machine through the injection molding process.
Properties of silicone injection molding

Operation method
First, the customer needs to have an injection molding machine, also known as injection molding machine (plastic injection molding machine can not be used to inject silicone)
2, The injection machine has two AB tubes, which are hydraulically extruded and combined to form one AB tube, which are evenly mixed with each other. The temperature inside the extrusion mold is between 150-180 degrees.
3. The viscosity of the injected plastic is required to be between 300000 and 1.2 million.
4. Suggestions for selecting the hardness of the injection mold.

0-10 degrees: small products such as headphone plugs, silicone breast pads, sex toys, etc;
30 degrees: small seals;
40 degrees: large seal
40-50 degrees: medical catheters, automotive plumbing fittings, high-pressure seals;
50-60 degrees: kitchenware handle;
60-70 degrees: sports equipment
80 degrees: camera frames, silicone positioning plugs and other special products.
